As an auction-only company, we contract with fellow real estate professionals, treating them as partners - not competitors - to receive the highest level of return for the client.
We offer the following incentives to qualified cooperative real estate professionals:
Seller Referral

We offer property referral compensation in the amount of 3 percent of the high bid upon closing of the property or 30% of the buyer's premium if less than 10%.

AuctionHouse sales agents only list property inside of the auction arena; therefore, we don't compete for the clients of traditional agents/brokers.
Buyer Referral

AuctionHouse pays 3 percent commission of the high bid price to the properly licensed broker/agent whose client purchases property at auction and settles on the property at closing or 30% of the buyer's premium if less than 10%.
- To qualify for a referral fee the broker must abide by the following rules:
- Broker/Agent must be an active real estate licensee in California.
- Broker must register the client on an official registration form by fax, mail, or in person no later than 12 noon the day before the auction.
- Registration form must be signed by both the broker/agent and the client.
- Broker/agent must attend the auction with the client.
- All referral fees will be paid to the licensed broker at the time of closing.
- All fees will be made out to the licensed broker as dictated by California law.
Short Sales

AuctionHouse pays 3 percent commission of the high bid price or 30% of the Buyer's Premium if less than 10% for both buyer and seller referrals.

The property stays listed with the agent but MLS remarks and information are changed as per AuctionHouse. All offers prior to the auction must be written on a AuctionHouse auction contract and a Buyer's Premium applies.
