Bill Jarema

Mr. Jarema is the founder of Cricket Hill. A graduate of Manhattanville College, Mr. Jarema has been an auctioneer and liquidator for over 10 years, building the firm from scratch. What began in the garage of his Grandmother, is now a firm with over 1300 accounts and clients nationwide. His past experience also includes partnership, management, and consultant in over twenty different food service, bar, hospitality and retail venues including Studio54, The Marriott Corporation, and Tops Appliance City. Mr. Jarema is responsible for overseeing all operations, business development and sales of the firm.

Randy Wells

Randy A. Wells has conducted well over 1800 auctions since 1985 including: Real Estate, business liquidation, benefit, antique, automobile and estate auctions. His firm Realty Auction Services “NationWide”, a MarkNet Alliance Company has specialized in real estate auctions since 1998 and has conducted real estate auctions for many individuals, attorneys and mortgage companies. He has also worked with seller owners in association with: Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Windermere, Prudential, GMAC, ReMax, Century 21, United Country and Exit Realty. In 2003 Randy and his wife Annette started The Benefit Auction Team, www.benefitauctionteam.com, which conducts benefit auctions and provides consulting for schools and non-profit organizations.
Randy and his wife Annette were awarded business of the year by the Post Falls Area Chamber of Commerce in 1999 and he also served as president of the chamber in 2002.

In 2000 Mr. Wells was elected to the Auction Marketing Institute Board of Governors at their annual convention held in Norfolk Virginia. During his three year term he served on numerous committees and as chair of public relations and chair of CAI course I recruitment.

Mr. Wells is also an instructor for the National Auctioneers Education Institute teaching the Graduate Personal Property Appraisal course, the Auction Manager course and is one of the instructors for the CAI certification course held at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He has also given education and “Attitude” seminars in over twenty states during his auction career and when time permits, he is an Auction Instructor at Reppert School of Auctioneering in Auburn, Indiana.

Randy was president of the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers in 2002.

In 2003 Mr. Wells was elected to the National Auctioneers Association Board of Directors during their annual meeting at the 54th International Auctioneers Conference and Show held in San Antonio, Texas.

In July 2006 Mr. Wells was elected vice president of the National Auctioneers Association. The election took place during the NAA’s Annual Meeting at the 57th International Auctioneers Conference and Show, held in Orlando, Florida and in July 2007 MR. Wells assumed the position of Incoming President of NAA during their annual Conference and Show held in San Diego, California. The National Auctioneers Association is the largest organization in the world for auctioneers.

Randy and his wife Annette have been married for 34 years and have two children who also work in the auction industry.
